Dr. Rafael Nuñez, MD
Is a graduate of the National University of Colombia where he received his medical degree in 1978. He has practiced medicine in various fields including surgeon in Colombia. He then completed his Residency Program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the New York Medical College at the Metropolitan Hospital Center in Manhattan in the 90's.
Before founding Soma Medical Center, P.A in the year 2000, Dr. Nunez worked at several medical centers in the states of NY, NJ and FL. Since then, he has served as the Medical Director of Soma Medical Center, P.A. Dr. Nunez is certified by The American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Nunez is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, walking and reading.

She is known for her refined, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine and her commitment to achieving natural, balanced, and elegant results.
Since 2020, Natalia has specialized in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, combining advanced techniques with a natural, artistic approach to facial harmonization and wellness. Her areas of expertise include Botox, dermal fillers, and biostimulators, as well as advanced aesthetic technologies such as Morpheus8 and CO2 laser resurfacing. She also has experience in medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy, supporting a comprehensive approach to wellness and overall patient optimization.
Her clinical background includes experience in primary care, as well as within Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health, along with specialized expertise in apheresis (QIA Certified) and nephrology, reinforcing her strong foundation in safety, precision, and clinical excellence.
Now practicing at SMIZE PRO Medical Spa, she focuses on luxury injectables and facial harmonization, delivering subtle, refined, and natural-looking enhancements. She is recognized for her artistic eye, clinical expertise, and dedication to elevated aesthetic outcomes. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling and exploring nature. She values spiritual growth, balance, and continuous personal development.
